Want wat je ook vastlegt en hoe je dat ook doet, dankzij zijn ongekende snelheid, gevoeligheid bij weinig licht, de 8-stops beeldstabilisatie en 4K 60p-video hij zorgt er voor dat je het moment kunt vastleggen. De EOS R6 doet het sneller dan snel en in stilte.
Niet alleen voor stilstaande beelden
Met de videocapaciteiten van de EOS R 6 zit het ook goed.Hij maakt fantastische beelden in 4K/60p met 10-bits kleur en uitgebreide Eye/Face/Body/Animal detectie.
AF en volgen van onderwerpen met behulp van een deep-learning AI
Het EOS ITR AF X AF-systeem in de EOS R 6 is geprogrammeerd met behulp van een deep-learning AI. Deze techniek kennen we al, want deze is oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld voor de Canon EOS-1D X Mark III spiegelreflexcamera.
In de Gezicht/oog-detectie modus herkent de EOS R6 gezichten nauwkeurig, inclusief gezichten ‘en profiel’ wanneer er maar slechts één oog zichtbaar is. Dit zorgt ervoor dat onderwerpen haarscherp in beeld blijven, zelfs bij een onverwachte beweging en wanneer er maar een kleine scherptediepte is. En als een persoon zich even wegdraait, wordt het hoofd nog steeds gevolgd zodat het gezicht scherp is wanneer de persoon zich terugdraait naar de camera.
Bovendien is de deep-learning AI van de EOS R6 geprogrammeerd met de mogelijkheid om katten, honden of vogels te herkennen en te volgen. Dit maakt het fotograferen van wildlife gemakkelijker dan ooit tevoren, met name bij onderwerpen als vogels tijdens hun vlucht.Het AF-systeem van de EOS R kan bij een lichtniveau van -6 EV in slechts 0,05 seconden scherpstellen.

De EOS R 6 heeft de perfecte balans tussen resolutie, dynamisch bereik en weinig ruis. Eenultramoderne, 20,1 Megapixel CMOS-sensor en DIGIC X-processor zorgen voor hogeprestaties bij weinig licht. De EOS R 6 heeft een maximale ISO-gevoeligheid van ISO 102.400 en beschikt over tot 8-stops beeldstabilisatie.
Snel en eenvoudig je afbeeldingen verzenden
Met de EOS R 6 start je je digitale workflow al onderweg. Want met de ingebouwde Wi-Fi in de EOS R5 kun je beelden overzetten naar smart devices, cloud accounts en klanten met FTP/FTPS.
Krachtige beeldstabilisatie
Al deze prestaties brengen je creativiteit naar nieuwe hoogten. Bijvoorbeeld de Image Stabilizer die tot 8 stops winst geeft. Dat geeft mogelijkheden voor fotograferen bij lange sluitertijden zonder statief. De 5-assige Image Stabilizer geeft standaard 5 stops winst. Maar als er echter een IS compatibel objectief wordt gebruikt werken de twee stabilisatiesystemen samen om een intelligent beeldstabilisatiesysteem te creëren dat een ongelooflijk voordeel van zelfs 8 stops biedt.
Elektronische zoeker met een realistisch beeld
De elektronische zoeker van de EOS R 6 geeft met 120 frames per seconde en maar liefst 5,76 miljoen dots een uiterst realistisch beeld. Alsof er niets tussen jou en je onderwerp staat. Natuurlijk geeft deze EVF ook witbalans, scherptediepte en Picture Style nauwkeurig weer, zodat je altijd van te voren weet wat je vastlegt.
Nieuwe LP-E6NH accu
De EOS R 6 wordt gevoed door een nieuwe en nog krachtigere LP-E6NH-accu, die ongeveer 14procent meer capaciteit heeft dan de oude LP-E6N-accu.
LP-E6NH-accu's kunnen worden opgeladen met de meegeleverde acculader of in de cameravia de USB C 3.1-aansluiting, met Canon's PD-E1 voedingsadapter of een voedingsbron metvoedingscapaciteit (PD). De BG-R10 battery grip is ook beschikbaar, waarin twee accu's tegelijkkunnen worden geplaatst voor langere gebruiksduur.
Oudere LP-E6- en LP-E6N-accu's zijn compatibel met de EOS R 6. Echter, de hoogsteopnamesnelheden en het opladen in de camera zijn niet beschikbaar bij gebruik van de LP-E6
